How can I track my order?

After the package is sent, a shipment confirmation email is sent to you, where you can find the tracking link.
If there are any issues, please contact me!

PLEASE NOTE: I cannot provide you with a tracking link if you have chosen the UNTRACKED shipping option!

Jaké obalové materiály používáte?

From the beginning of my shop journey, I try to focus on using mostly plastic-free packaging materials. I also try to recycle packaging from my personal orders. :)

Most plastic that can appear in your package is either recycled and necessary for the item's safety or already included from my product manufacturer.

But I try my best to be nice to our lovely planet. T.T

Navrhujete všechno sám?

Everything in my shop is designed and drawn by me :)

Do you take custom orders or commissions?

I am mostly busy during the con season or resting, but I take on commissions when I have time. :) Feel free to contact me if you would like something from me!

Can I order a product I saw on your IG but isn't available in your shop?

Yes! Drop me a message on IG or via contact form here and I'll see what I can do! :) 

How often are t-shirt sizes restocked?

I try to restock missing sizes every time I order a new batch for upcoming cons; however, there could also be reasons like sizes or T-shirt colors not being available at the supplier. In any case, please let me know which one you are missing, and I will see what I can do. :3

Shipping policies

  • SHIPPING PRICE

    Postage fees will be automatically calculated at the check-out page. The fees are dependent on the shipping address and weight.

    I offer these shipping options: Untracked letter (for stickers and small flat paper products), Tracked/ Untracked package (bubble envelope or cardboard book envelope )

  • PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

    The average processing time is 2-5 business days. 

    After you receive a shipping confirmation email, this is how long it will probably take for your order to reach you:

    Czech Republic: 1-5 business days 
    Rest of Europe: 3-12 business days
    International: 5-30 business days

  • CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES

    All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

    To avoid any surprises, please check your country's customs taxes prior to placing your order.
